FACILITIES
Garden-sponsored programs comprise the majority of building
use. Sorry, no private
parties or weddings. We have first-come, first-served
tables in the picnic area adjacent to our parking lot.
All facility or
photography scheduling for the Bellevue Botanical Garden is done through the
Volunteer Program Coordinator. Call (425)452-2750 or email

to request a rental form. |

SHARP CABIN
The Sharp Cabin holds 20 people seated theater style or 12 with tables
and chairs. There is a pull-down screen, small refrigerator, and power
in the cabin. There is no restroom or running water. The cabin is
suitable for small meetings and classes and may be available for rental
by garden-related, non-profit groups between the hours of 8 am and 10
pm, seven days per
week. |

The hourly rental fee is $25. After-hour activities will incur
rental monitor fees. Reservations are considered on a first-come,
first-served basis, by written application only. This facility is not
available during the months or November and December.

SHORTS VISITOR CENTER
The Shorts Visitors Center
includes restrooms, kitchen, gift shop, library, and an open
meeting room with a 40-person maximum capacity.

classes, events and other activities and is not available for
general rentals. |

PHOTOGRAPHY AT THE GARDEN
We are pleased to offer small
groups (up to 25 people) the opportunity to use the Garden for family,
wedding or senior pictures on a space available basis. Fees are $25 for
the first 2 hours and $12.50 for each additional hour. Commercial still
photography or filming will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To prevent conflicts with the Garden’s educational mission, special
events and other uses, pre-scheduling is essential. Reservations should
be made at least one week in advance. Please call 425-452-2750 or email

to schedule.
When at the Garden for your photography session, please be considerate
of our many guests. Please keep pathways clear for garden visitors and
protect the garden by staying out of planting beds; you are welcome to
walk on the lawns. Please do not climb on the rocks or in the trees –
even for that perfect shot!
There are no changing rooms or space for indoor photography. |
